Hi there,
It’s taken me at least half a decade to officially start a blog. It was always something I wanted to do, however I couldn’t think of something that I would enjoy consistently blogging about, so it was always on the back burner. Now that I have entered my 20s, I’ve decided that now is the time to start.
I’m currently halfway through obtaining my bachelor’s degree of Exercise Sport Science and Business (Sport) Management. With my workload increasing and contact hours extending, I’ve decided to start the blog up now (I promise there is a logic). As much as I love my degree, learning about the body, sports, exercise and everything in between, I didn’t want it to be all uni work all the time. So here is my solution.
Although I learn about the benefits and how to keep healthy and fit in my degree, sometimes I struggle to transfer this knowledge to own life. Before I graduate and become fully qualified I want to be able to “practice what I preach” and transform my current lifestyle into the one I will be helping others to achieve.
So I decided that this blog is how I am going to focus on myself away from uni, something that is more for relaxation, fun but also to keep myself accountable on my new lifestyle transformation.
When I post and what I post is a mystery to me as of right now. It could be anything from a podcast/book/movie recommendation (random or health focused), meals and workouts I have enjoyed, or anything I find useful in my journey.
Hopefully someone else can find some inspiration from something I post, but a lifestyle transformation is not one size fits all.
